In these times of uncertainty and change, when we are having to adapt to new situations, one thing you can be sure of is that we are still here for you.
We understand the challenges lock down may have brought and in service of supporting you further we are using Mindfulness as a tool to provide a sense of calm through daily practices and techniques.
We have developed this section to provide supportive techniques and places of support to hopefully allow you a place to relax.
It may be easier to do this at the start or end of your day to get in to a routine. Or just visit the great Mindfulness resources anytime you are feeling overwhelmed or just need a sense of calm.
