It is widely recognised that a child's emotional health and wellbeing influences their cognitive development and learning as well as their physical, social and mental health.
In service of supporting our students with their own mental health and wellbeing, we are using mindfulness as a tool to provide a sense of calm through daily practices and techniques.
This section of the website, aims to provide supportive techniques and resources to hopefully allow you a place to relax.
It may be easier to do this at the start or end of your day to get in to a routine. Or just visit the great Mindfulness resources anytime you are feeling overwhelmed or just need a sense of calm.
