Evacuation Procedures
Security incident
In the event of a security incident there are two levels of lockdown procedure, Yellow and Red Drill. This will be announced via our tannoy system.
Staff must follow the procedures detailed below, and supervise students to do the same, awaiting further instructions at all times.
The Critical Incident Team (SLT/Premises Management) will undertake any investigations necessary and call the emergency services if required.
Staff must reassure students and encourage them to keep calm and quiet.
Staff should keep an accurate register. Students may be placed in your classroom that are not normally in your group.
