The Ockendon Academy joins the Harris Federation
I am delighted to announce that The Ockendon Academy will be joining the Harris Federation from September 2019.
The decision to join Harris was based on several factors, including their capacity to support our improvement plans, their alignment with our current vision and values, and their ability to help us continue to provide a sustainable educational and business model for the community we serve. We are very much looking forward to beginning this exciting new journey with such an experienced and successful family of schools, and sharing with you the many opportunities this will offer.
The Harris family of academies have an established reputation of excellence and the distinguished expectations and achievements across the entire organisation are unrivalled. As an academy that is rapidly improving, I’m confident that joining the Harris Federation will propel us into a new dimension.
