Unlocking Extra Funding for your Child's Education

Is your child entitled to additional support and funding, for example, Free School Meals (FSM)? Our records suggest many of our families are entitled to this support but have not yet registered. Completing this simple process will unlock a range of valuable opportunities that enhance both your child’s day-to-day experience and long-term success at school.

We understand that finances are personal. Please be reassured that all applications are handled confidentially and respectfully, with the sole purpose of ensuring your child and our school community benefit from the full range of support available.

Why register for this entitlement?

This entitlement is more than just a healthy, nutritious lunch each day, it is a way of securing additional opportunities for your child and strengthening the provision we can offer all students including:

• Daily access to a hot, balanced meal at school, helping children to concentrate and perform better in class.
• Extra funding for your child, known as Pupil Premium, which is used directly to support your child’s learning through:
  • Additional academic support or tutoring
  • Extra-curricular activities such as music lessons and sports clubs
  • Trips and enrichment opportunities
  • Access to extra learning materials or enhanced school equipment

• Support during school holidays, including vouchers or other forms of assistance, depending on the local schemes available.

Even if your child prefers packed lunches, registering ensures your child receives funding that can be used to enhance their learning experience and provide targeted support when needed.
